Zusammenfassung

Carlisle Homes is seeking a Learning and Development leader in Melbourne to turn the learning strategy into practical programs. You will own the calendar, blend hands-on facilitation with digital delivery, and lead the Digital Learning Designer while partnering with senior leaders and HR Business Partners.

The role focuses on capability development, improving leadership performance, and supporting career development through blended learning and strategic training initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum five years of experience in Learning & Development or Organisational Development.
• Proven ability to design and deliver learning across in-person, digital and blended formats.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills across organisational levels.
• Experience implementing or improving learning management systems and digital tools.

Aufgaben

• Own the learning calendar and delivery, combining hands-on facilitation with digital learning and team leadership.
• Identify capability gaps and deliver learning that addresses business needs.
• Design and facilitate practical, inclusive programs for employees and leaders.
• Lead induction and improve the new starter experience.
• Introduce digital tools and blended learning methods to increase participation and adoption.
• Select and manage external training providers.
• Partner on internal conferences and major learning events.
• Support budget planning and track delivery, costs and results.
• Maintain training records and compliance reporting through HRIS, the LMS and other platforms.
• Coach and develop the Digital Learning Designer.
