Techtronic Industries Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Learning & Organisational Development Manager in Melbourne. You will lead a small L&D team, partnering with senior leaders to design and deliver learning programs that align with capability needs and business goals.

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will drive organisational development initiatives, coach leaders through change, and own talent reviews and succession planning.

Formación

• Extensive experience in learning, organisational development or talent and capability with proven people leadership and strong commercial acumen.
• Strong partnering, facilitation, instructional design, coaching and change management skills to engage senior stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities, navigate ambiguity and challenge conventional thinking.
• Experience using learning management systems and digital platforms to improve delivery and insights; familiarity with behavioural and leadership assessment tools such as Human Synergistics is desirable.
• Relevant qualifications in organisational psychology, human resources, learning, organisational development, business or a related discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach two L&D Specialists and one P&C Coordinator, partnering with leaders to deliver learning programs aligned to capability needs and business goals.
• Deliver organisational development initiatives and coach leaders through change to strengthen leadership, culture, engagement and performance.
• Own talent reviews and succession planning, building development pathways for the leadership pool and other priority talent.
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to create, maintain and deploy learning content, knowledge and capability solutions at scale.
• Evaluate program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
