Job summary

Our Client, a premium retail organisation, is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to design, develop and deliver engaging learning experiences across retail and internal teams. You will partner with senior stakeholders and the Head of HR to identify priorities and drive employee capability.

The role offers hands-on design, facilitation and content ownership, with opportunities to innovate learning programs and contribute to business performance within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development and capability-building.
• Strong instructional design and content development skills.
• Experience designing and delivering learning across retail or consumer-focused environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver engaging learning programs for retail and internal teams.
• Create product knowledge, sales capability and customer experience training.
• Develop and refine induction and onboarding programs.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and tailor development initiatives.
• Facilitate face-to-face workshops and training sessions.
• Develop digital learning content and maintain learning resources on the LMS.
