Job summary

The Australian Taxation Office is seeking an APS 4 IT Services Officer to contribute to the delivery and support of critical IT services that enable business operations and outcomes across the organisation.

In an IT Service Management environment, you’ll assist with service delivery activities, investigate service requests, support users, analyse information, and contribute to continuous service improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Working within an IT Service Management environment, you’ll assist with service delivery activities, investigate service requests, support users, analyse information, and contribute to continuous service improvement activities.
• You will work collaboratively with business stakeholders, technical teams, service providers and project teams to deliver quality, customer-focused outcomes that align with organisational priorities and governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• As an APS 4 IT Services Officer, you will contribute to the delivery and support of critical IT services that enable business operations and outcomes across the organisation.
• Working within an IT Service Management environment, you’ll assist with service delivery activities, investigate service requests, support users, analyse information, and contribute to continuous service improvement activities.
• You will also contribute to reporting, data analysis, operational procedures and knowledge management activities, while supporting the transition of projects and enhancements into business-as-usual operations.
