Rpb Consulting is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth from our Melbourne or Sydney head office. You will sell optimisation technologies and energy-efficiency solutions to industrial customers, building long-term relationships and delivering measurable cost savings.

The role covers a full sales cycle, demands a consultative approach and collaboration with technical and service teams. A successful track record in BDM/technical sales and a current driver’s licence are preferred.

Competenze

• Proven success in Business Development, Technical Sales or Solution Selling.
• Engages with stakeholders across operations, engineering and management teams.
• Experience building and managing a sales pipeline.
• Commercially astute with the ability to demonstrate return on investment.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, driven and results focused.
• Current driver's licence.
• Experience in industrial equipment, manufacturing, engineering, energy management or related industries highly regarded.
