Peninsula Australia is expanding its WA sales team, seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to own a personal pipeline and convert opportunities with Australian SMEs.

You'll meet business owners, manage opportunities through Salesforce, and work toward activity, revenue and conversion targets. The role offers a base up to $150K, uncapped commissions and strong career progression.

• Proven success in new business development or field sales.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with business owners to understand challenges and present Peninsula's solutions.
• Manage your pipeline and opportunities through Salesforce.
• Aim to meet activity, revenue and conversion targets.
• Build long-term relationships across the Australian SME market.
• Develop your own pipeline through networking, referrals, outbound prospecting and business development activity.
