Job summary

Atlas Copco is seeking a Business Development Manager for Energy Optimisation Solutions in Australia. You will drive growth, develop opportunities within an existing customer base, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiations, delivering energy-optimised solutions and tailored recommendations.

You will collaborate with technical teams, present ROI to customers, and travel extensively to manage field-based opportunities.

Qualifications

Proven experience in technical, industrial, or solution-based sales.
Strong consultative communication skills and the ability to clearly present value (including ROI).
Ability to proactively generate opportunities within an existing customer base and open doors with warm leads.
Self-driven, results-focused mindset with a passion for winning business.
Willingness to travel extensively; field-based role.
