Qualifications

• Experience in claims, case management, customer service, insurance or financial services with strong customer focus.
• Demonstrated portfolio management experience, managing multiple claims or clients concurrently.
• Confident engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, with strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to navigate competing priorities, resolve conflict, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and compliance.
• Customer-focused mindset with experience in roles involving multiple touchpoints and service delivery.
• Excellent project management, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to proactively remove barriers, drive accountability and deliver timely customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end property claims management across a variety of perils, including water damage, fire, theft and malicious damage, as well as catastrophe-related claims.
• Apply case management expertise to assess, process, and resolve claims efficiently and empathetically.
• Handle property claims with accuracy and compliance, ensuring timely and fair outcomes for customers impacted by catastrophic events.
• Operate independently in a hybrid environment while contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team.
• Demonstrate resilience and sound judgement in a fast-paced environment.
