Qualifications

• Experience in claims, case management, customer service or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end property claims management across perils including water damage, fire, theft and malicious damage.
• Handle catastrophe-related claims arising from hail, cyclones, floods, bushfires and severe weather events.
• Apply case management to assess, process and resolve claims efficiently and empathetically.
• Ensure accurate, compliant processing and timely, fair outcomes for customers.
