Qualifications

• Must have commercial property claims experience.
• ISR (Industrial Special Risks) experience advantageous but not compulsory.
• Calm and resilient approach with ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to guide customers and stakeholders with clarity and empathy.
• Solid computer skills; willingness to learn new systems and prioritise effectively.
• Proactive, self-motivated mindset with a passion for delivering excellence and embracing change.
