Job summary

You will troubleshoot incidents, manage AD/Azure AD/M365 accounts, coordinate with MSPs to maintain SLA, and create concise end-user documentation while keeping users satisfied.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support or helpdesk role.
• Experience with Windows desktop environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure AD.
• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM practices and ticketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in plain English.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second line support for hardware and software issues.
• Manage user accounts and access provisioning in AD/Azure AD and M365.
• Coordinate with MSPs to meet SLAs.
• Troubleshoot Power Automate flows and automations.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and user guides.
