Job summary

Randstad in Sydney CBD is seeking an autonomous IT Support Analyst for a 6-month contract, onsite five days a week, delivering L1/L2 desktop support and ensuring smooth IT operations across hardware and cloud services.

Key focus areas include Microsoft 365 administration, Intune device management, Entra ID/Azure AD, and Windows 10/11 support. Eligibility requires Australian citizenship or permanent residency; daily rate is $380 inclusive of super.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Level 1 / Level 2 IT Support role.
• Hands-on across M365, Intune, Entra ID, and Active Directory.
• Excellent face-to-face communication and process documentation.
• Ability to work 5 days onsite in Sydney CBD.
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage L1/L2 desktop support incidents and service requests end-to-end.
• Deliver face-to-face service while ensuring daily IT operations.
• Support hardware, printers, and cloud systems.
