Job summary

LAN Secure in Sydney, Australia seeks a Level 2 Field Technician to deliver onsite and remote IT support for a diverse client base. You will handle Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, and Azure/Entra ID services within hybrid environments.

You’ll implement security solutions, assist with cloud migrations, and manage network gear while maintaining documentation and collaborating with senior engineers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in an MSP or IT support environment.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support.
• Solid understanding of Azure fundamentals and identity management.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support across a diverse client base.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and business applications.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
• Support Microsoft Azure / Entra ID (Azure AD) environments and hybrid identity.
• Implement and manage Microsoft security solutions including Defender for Business and MFA/CA.
• Assist with cloud migrations and modern workplace deployments.
• Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, and network infrastructure onsite.
• Support firewalls, switches, Wi‑Fi, and VPN connectivity.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ticket records.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and escalate when required.
