Employers Mutual Management Pty Ltd (EML) is seeking a Case Manager in Sydney to manage a portfolio of CTP claims and coordinate rehabilitation plans. Full-time with the option to work from home up to 3 days per week after training, offering a supportive environment and training to grow in a busy CTP team.

You will bring Allied Health or customer service experience and develop strong stakeholder engagement while delivering high-quality outcomes in a people-focused role.

Qualifications

• Experience in claims management or strong customer service background.
• Allied health experience is desirable.
• Empathetic, resilient approach to customer-centric support.
• Strong written and verbal communication, highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of CTP claims.
• Proactively coordinate rehabilitation providers and approvals.
• Promote health and wellbeing to support recovery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor claims strategies.
• Work within legislative/regulatory requirements and policies.
