Job summary

EML, based in Melbourne, is seeking a dedicated claims professional to join our Workers' Compensation team. You will manage a portfolio of workers' compensation claims and assist injured workers to return to work, with emphasis on delivering high-quality service.

This is a full-time, permanent role in Melbourne with hybrid flexibility (up to 3 days remote after induction). You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with stakeholders and maintaining strict compliance and detail.

Qualifications

• Victorian Workers' Compensation experience or injury management background.
• Ability to manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• High attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, empathetic service to injured workers and employers.
• Proactively manage all aspects of a caseload of workers' compensation claims within the legislation and guidelines.
• Deliver the desired customer experience and end-to-end outcomes for a portfolio of cases.
• Provide accurate, clear information on claims, entitlements, obligations and responsibilities.
• Conduct claims reviews, case conferences or face-to-face meetings as required.
