Job summary

Aphex, an Australian construction-tech leader, seeks an Account Executive focused on ANZ accounts. You’ll leverage on-site construction experience to build relationships, qualify opportunities and close deals that deliver measurable value.

You’ll report to the Sales & RevOps Lead, APAC, join a high-performing team, and help shape how major infrastructure projects are delivered through technology. Hybrid work with location flexibility is available.

Qualifications

• On-site construction experience relevant to field roles.
• Interest in applying technology to construction challenges.
• Ability to take ownership and drive results.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Map and understand projects, opportunities and key decision-makers in target ANZ accounts.
• Reach out to prospects via multiple channels and build relationships.
• Maintain professional presence on LinkedIn and industry channels.
• Develop opportunities within assigned accounts and manage inbound leads through the sales process.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations aligned to project challenges and deploy projects successfully with customer success support.
• Lead deployment as project architect and coordinate with customer success teams.
• Build momentum within accounts while coordinating top-down strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals delivering value for both sides.
• Collaborate closely with customer success throughout the journey.
• Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
