Aphex is seeking an Account Executive in Australia’s ANZ region who will drive growth by building relationships with key construction accounts, mapping project opportunities, and closing deals that deliver measurable value.

You will join a high-performing team focused on construction tech adoption, reporting to the Sales & RevOps Lead, APAC, with hybrid work and collaboration two days a week or more.

Qualifications

• On-site construction experience, e.g. Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer.
• Strong desire to leverage construction knowledge in a tech-enabled sales role.
• Ownership mindset with urgency to deliver results.
• Growth mindset with eagerness to learn and adapt in a new role.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Map and understand projects, opportunities, and key people across target accounts.
• Contact prospects via channels including LinkedIn outreach and relationship building.
• Maintain an active professional presence on LinkedIn and industry channels.
• Develop opportunities within assigned target accounts.
• Manage inbound leads through the full sales process.
• Conduct product demonstrations addressing project challenges.
• Lead deployment as the architect of project success with customer success support.
• Build momentum within accounts while coordinating top-down strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals that deliver value for both sides.
• Collaborate closely with customer success teams throughout the journey.
• Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
