Aphex is expanding its Australian team and seeks an Account Executive to drive growth across ANZ. Leverage deep construction experience to build relationships, demonstrate value, and close strategic deals with key accounts in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll report to the Sales & RevOps Lead, APAC, and work in a hybrid setup with alignment to major infrastructure projects. The role emphasizes relationship-building and solution selling across construction-focused clients.

Qualifications

• On-site construction experience and understanding of project delivery.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Growth mindset and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
• Negotiation skills to close value-driven deals.

Responsibilities

• Map and understand projects, opportunities and key people within target accounts.
• Contact prospects via multiple channels and build relationships.
• Maintain an active professional presence on LinkedIn and industry channels.
• Develop opportunities within assigned target accounts and manage inbound leads.
• Demonstrate products effectively to address project challenges.
• Lead deployment of projects with support from customer success.
• Drive momentum within accounts while coordinating top-down strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals delivering value for both sides.
• Collaborate with customer success teams through the journey.
• Consistently hit quarterly and annual sales targets.
