Job summary

Aphex is seeking an Account Executive to drive ANZ-focused sales for our construction delivery platform. Leverage on-site construction expertise to build relationships, qualify opportunities, and close deals that deliver measurable value for clients and Aphex.

You will work with a high-performing Australian team, focusing on ANZ accounts, and report to Sales & RevOps Lead, APAC. Hybrid working with collaboration days is typical.

Qualifications

• On-site construction experience such as Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer is ideal.
• Keen interest in technology to solve construction pain points.
• Strong ownership and urgency in delivering results.
• Growth mindset with willingness to learn and adapt.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Map and understand projects and key people in target accounts.
• Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn and other channels.
• Maintain an active professional presence across LinkedIn and industry channels.
• Develop opportunities within assigned accounts and manage inbound leads.
• Demonstrate products with customer-centric value delivery.
• Lead deployment as the project success architect with CS support.
• Balance bottom-up momentum with top-down strategies.
• Negotiate contracts to drive mutual value.
• Collaborate with customer success throughout the journey.
• Consistently hit quarterly and annual sales targets.
