Aphex, a leader in construction delivery tools, seeks an Account Executive to drive ANZ business. Leverage on-site construction know-how to architect client success, deploy value-driven projects, and close strategic deals with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll join a high-performing Australian team, reporting to the Sales & RevOps Lead APAC, with hybrid working and growth potential as Aphex scales across ANZ and beyond.

Qualifications

• Construction expertise from on-site roles such as Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer.
• Demonstrated curiosity about how technology can solve construction pains.
• Strong ownership and urgency in delivering results.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and grow in a fast-moving role.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Map and understand projects, opportunities and key people across target accounts.
• Contact prospects via multiple channels, including LinkedIn outreach.
• Maintain an active presence on LinkedIn and industry channels.
• Identify new opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Manage inbound leads through the full sales process.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations addressing project challenges.
• Lead deployment as the project success architect with CS support.
• Build momentum within accounts and coordinate top-down strategies.
• Negotiate contracts to drive value for both sides.
• Work closely with customer success throughout the journey.
• Consistently hit quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure customer success post-sale.
