Job summary

Aphex is seeking an Account Executive to lead ANZ account growth, applying construction-site insights to drive value and deployment of Aphex solutions. You will build relationships with project leaders, run product demonstrations, and close deals with a focus on long-term client success.

You will report to the Sales & RevOps Lead, APAC, and operate in a hybrid model with a focus on Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane. The role offers growth opportunities as Aphex scales across ANZ and beyond.

Qualifications

• Construction on-site experience from roles such as Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer.
• Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Self-driven with a sense of urgency to deliver results and adapt to changing priorities.
• Growth mindset and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Map and develop deep understanding of projects, opportunities and key people across target accounts.
• Contact prospects via channels including LinkedIn and industry channels.
• Maintain an active professional presence on LinkedIn and industry platforms.
• Develop opportunities within assigned target accounts and manage inbound leads through the sales process.
• Demonstrate product value through compelling demonstrations tailored to project challenges.
• Lead deployment as project architect with support from customer success team.
• Collaborate with customer success teams across the customer journey.
• Aim to consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
