Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ months of experience in outbound sales or sales development.
• Proven ability to engage prospects via calls, emails, social platforms.
• Comfort engaging with senior executives and adapting communication style.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to prioritize target accounts.
• Execute proactive outreach across calls, emails, social platforms, and video messages.
• Craft tailored messaging for decision-makers to open conversations.
• Collaborate with sales to build qualified pipeline and drive quarterly revenue.
• Engage senior leaders to uncover challenges and demonstrate Zoom Workplace value.
• Test and iterate outreach strategies to improve prospecting effectiveness.
