Copado, the leading DevOps platform for Salesforce, is seeking a Business Development Representative (APAC). You will receive comprehensive training and tools to generate new business across Australia and the broader APAC region, working with Account Executives to build lists and drive qualified opportunities.

This role emphasizes outbound prospecting, discovery of business initiatives, and communicating ROI of Copado’s solutions. Hybrid Sydney/Melbourne hub with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years inside sales or BDR/SDR in B2B SaaS or tech.
• Experience in outbound prospecting via calls and emails.
• Proven quota attainment and KPI achievement.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities via cold calling, emails, video messaging, social media, and creative prospecting.
• Partner with Account Executives to source net-new pipeline leading to revenue.
• Discover customer initiatives through a thorough qualification process.
• Communicate the value and ROI of Copado versus pure tech features.
• Build credibility and trust with internal and external stakeholders.
• Anticipate and handle prospect objections effectively.
• Manage a high volume of accounts with structured prioritization.
• Research target personas and ICPs for better outreach.
• Demonstrate adaptability within a growing sales organization.
• Utilize a range of sales enablement tools and technologies.
