Quantaco, a leading Australian hospitality technology company, is seeking a Sydney-based Account Executive for Cooking the Books by Quantaco, our kitchen management platform. You will drive new business, engage with chefs and operators, and demonstrate how our platform optimises food costs, purchasing, and stock in real time.

You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to close, building relationships, running product demonstrations, and forecasting pipelines.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in business development or account-executive roles.
• Strong B2B sales experience, preferably SaaS or hospitality tech.
• Experience in hospitality technology or understanding of restaurant industry.
• Confident in prospecting, developing opportunities and managing sales funnel to close.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to demo product effectively.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through proactive prospecting and outbound/inbound inquiries.
• Build relationships with chefs, restaurant owners and operators to understand their needs.
• Lead discovery calls and product demonstrations illustrating value of Cooking the Books.
• Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to proposals, negotiation and close.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM; forecast accurately.
• Represent Quantaco at hospitality events and travel as needed.
