In this crucial role, you will be responsible the allocation of our equipment and transporters to support our clients' orders. As a Hire Controller, you will play a key part in ensuring the seamless delivery of our services and the satisfaction of our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate the hiring and allocation of equipment, vehicles, and other resources to meet client demands
• Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and ensure timely and efficient delivery of hired items
• Maintain accurate records of all hire transactions and equipment availability
• Collaborate with the sales, logistics, and maintenance teams to ensure the availability and readiness of hired items
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of hiring strategies
