• Assist with branch asset management and equipment availability.
• Coordinate daily transport allocations and rosters.
• Support yard staff and ensure safe storage and maintenance of equipment.

You'll help deliver excellent customer service while building practical knowledge of rental equipment used for material movement.

It's a varied, hands-on role where you'll work across hire operations, yard coordination and branch administration.

In a nutshell, you will:

• Support hire operations and keep communication clear between customers and internal teams
• Match customer demand with equipment availability
• Prepare hire agreements, quotes and invoices, and complete other administration
• Assist with branch asset management and equipment availability
• Coordinate daily transport allocations and rosters for internal and external parties
• Support yard staff, stocking activities, and the safe storage and maintenance of equipment

• Experience in a sales coordination, hire coordination, transport or allocator role
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
