Big Chief Hire Burton SA, part of Northeast Auto Group, is seeking a motivated Hire Controller to coordinate equipment hire, support customers, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

As the heartbeat of our hire process, you will manage bookings, schedule deliveries, and maintain accurate records, delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced team environment.

Formación

• Previous experience in truck or machinery hire (highly desirable).
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication — confident, clear and customer-focused.
• High attention to detail with strong accuracy in documentation.
• Experience with hire management systems or the ability to learn quickly.
• A proactive mindset and strong problem-solving ability.

Responsabilidades

Big Chief Hire Burton SA, is seeking a motivated and organised Hire Controller to join our team, playing a key role in coordinating equipment hire, supporting customers with their needs, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our busy operations in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

About The Role

As a Hire Controller, you’ll be the heartbeat of our hire operations—building strong customer relationships, managing bookings, and ensuring equipment is delivered on time and ready for action. You’ll maximise every sales opportunity through your day-to-day customer interactions and keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end hire process, including bookings, scheduling, dispatch and returns.
• Provide customers with equipment availability and tailored hire solutions
