Job summary

United Rentals on the Gold Coast is seeking a motivated Hire Controller to manage the end-to-end rental process, from enquiry to delivery and off-hire, liaising with customers, drivers and operations to ensure timely supply and exceptional service.

You will build and maintain client relationships, coordinate bookings, prepare quotes and documentation, and contribute to branch operations with a proactive, team-oriented approach.

About the Role

As a Hire Controller, you will be the key point of contact for customers, managing the hire process from enquiry through to delivery and off-hire. Working closely with customers, drivers, and operational teams, you will ensure equipment is supplied efficiently while maintaining high levels of service and customer satisfaction.

• Experience using ERP, rental, or inventory management systems (desirable)
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
