You will liaise with clients, maintain records, and work with sales, logistics and maintenance teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a hire controller or similar customer-facing administrative role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with inventory management systems and CRM software (e.g., Baseplan).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the hiring and allocation of equipment, vehicles, and resources to meet client demands.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery of hired items.
• Maintain accurate records of all hire transactions and equipment availability.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and maintenance teams to ensure availability and readiness.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and hiring strategies.
