Job summary

Connect Hearing in Kingaroy, QLD, is seeking a dedicated customer service/admin professional for a permanent part-time role (2 days / 15.2 hours per week). The role focuses on welcoming clients, scheduling appointments, and supporting clinicians in a busy hearing clinic.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in face to face customer service and/or administration role.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and managing their experience for optimal outcomes.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments for clients.
• Providing administrative support to Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists).
• Efficiently managing day-to-day operations of clinics, including opening and closing procedures.
• Managing the clinic phone line and shared email inbox.
• Billing clients correctly and taking a range of payments.
• Learning and competently using a range of software and applications.
