Sonova's Kingaroy hearing clinic is recruiting a customer service/admin professional to greet clients, schedule appointments and support clinicians. This permanent part-time role offers hands-on training and a friendly team.

You will manage day-to-day clinic operations, handle the phone line and emails, and assist with billing and payments. The role suits someone energetic with strong communication and a passion for helping older clients.

Competenze

• Experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration.
• Excellent communication and active listening.
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Intermediate computer skills.

Mansioni

• Welcome clients and manage their clinic experience for optimal outcomes.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for clients.
• Provide administrative support to Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists).
• Manage day-to-day clinic operations, including opening/closing.
• Handle clinic phone line and shared email inbox.
• Billing and processing a range of payments.
