Job summary

Sonova is seeking a dedicated customer service/admin professional for our Kingaroy hearing clinic. This permanent part-time role (2 days / 15.2 hours per week) supports clinicians, manages appointments, and handles clinic operations with flexible hours for coverage.

Training and ongoing support are provided to help you grow within the team. You will engage with an older client base, assist with billing, and work across clinic software and communications tools in a people-focused environment that

Qualifications

• Prior experience in face to face customer service and/or administration role.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
• Energetic, organized and detail oriented.
• Willingness to learn about hearing aids and clinic software.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and managing their experience for optimal outcomes.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments for clients.
• Providing administrative support to clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists).
• Managing day-to-day clinic operations including opening/closing procedures.
• Handling the clinic phone line and shared email inbox.
• Billing clients and processing payments.
• Learning and using clinic software and applications.
