Sonova Group Chermside is hiring a Client Care Representative for our Chermside hearing clinic. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, managing appointments and supporting clinicians with admin tasks in a busy clinical environment.

You will engage with an older client base, handle scheduling, and contribute to smooth daily clinic operations while learning about hearing aid features and maintenance. Join a values-driven team at the forefront of hearing care.

• Prior experience in face-to-face customer service and administration.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming our clients and managing their experience for optimal outcomes.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments for our clients.
• Providing administrative support to our Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists).
• Efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of our clinics.
• Learning and competently using a range of software and applications.
