Job summary

Sonova is recruiting a Client Care Representative for our Toowoomba hearing clinic. You will welcome clients, manage their experience, schedule appointments and provide admin support to clinicians. This role suits a detail-oriented, energetic professional who enjoys helping others in a patient-facing setting.

Permanent full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, with training and ongoing support. Competitive base salary with monthly performance bonuses and employee discounts across Sonova

Qualifications

• Face-to-face customer service experience in a retail or healthcare setting.
• Strong administration and data entry skills.
• Excellent communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and managing their experience for optimal outcomes.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments for clients.
• Providing administrative support to Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists).
• Efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of the clinics.
• Learning and competently using a range of software and applications.
