Job summary

Sonova Group is seeking a Client Care Representative for a clinic administration role in Buddina. You will welcome clients, schedule appointments, and provide admin support to clinicians, while helping manage daily clinic operations and communications.

The role offers full-time hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00am–5:00pm) with ongoing training and opportunities for growth in a dynamic hearing-care environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in face to face customer service and/or administration role.
• A passion for delivering an amazing client experience.
• Great communication and active listening skills.
• Resilience, self-motivation and energy.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and managing their experience for optimal outcomes.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments for clients.
• Providing administrative support to Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists).
• Efficiently managing day-to-day operations of clinics, including opening and closing procedures.
• Managing the clinic phone line and shared email inbox.
