Bloom Hearing Specialists ANZ is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator for our Naracoorte Clinic. You’ll be the welcoming face and voice, coordinating with customers, audiologists, and the team to ensure professional and positive interactions.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, scheduling hearing assessments, guiding customers through devices, and supporting marketing efforts. Requires 2+ years in customer service and strong CRM and admin skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service within retail, healthcare, or allied health.
• Strong computer literacy and experience with CRM systems and scheduling platforms.
• Detail-oriented with solid administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and in person, providing tailored information.
• Schedule appointments for hearing assessments and consultations.
• Guide customers through hearing devices and accessories.
• Resolve customer concerns and deliver outstanding service experiences.
• Support local marketing initiatives to promote clinic services.
• Perform minor repairs with full training provided.
• Maintain accurate customer records and provide admin support.
