Job summary

Bloom Hearing Specialists in Rockhampton is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face and voice of our clinic. You will work with customers, audiologists, and the team to ensure every interaction is professional, efficient, and positive.

Responsibilities include handling enquiries by phone, email, and in person; scheduling hearing assessments; guiding customers through devices; resolving concerns; supporting local marketing and performing minor repairs with full training

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role within retail, healthcare, allied health, or similar.
• Strong computer literacy and confidence using CRM systems, appointment scheduling platforms, and other business software.
• Excellent attention to detail and solid administrative skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Collaborative, positive attitude with the ability to work independently when required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, providing tailored information about services and products.
• Schedule appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with our audiologists.
• Guide customers through our range of hearing devices and accessories.
• Resolve customer concerns and deliver outstanding service experiences.
• Support local marketing initiatives to promote clinic services within the community.
• Perform minor hearing aid repairs (full training provided).
• Provide administrative support and maintain accurate customer records.
