Bloom Hearing Specialists Rockhampton Clinic is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to warmly welcome customers, coordinate appointments with audiologists, and guide clients through our range of hearing devices and accessories.

You'll deliver outstanding service, manage enquiries, support local marketing, and perform light hearing aid repairs with full training. This role suits customer-focused professionals committed to healthcare excellence in Australia.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role within retail, healthcare, allied health, or similar.
• Strong computer literacy and confidence using CRM systems, appointment scheduling platforms, and other business software.
• Excellent attention to detail and solid administrative skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Collaborative, positive attitude with the ability to work independently when required.
• Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsabilités

• Engaging with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, providing tailored information about services and products.
• Scheduling appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with audiologists.
• Guiding customers through range of hearing devices and accessories.
• Resolving customer concerns and delivering outstanding service experiences.
• Supporting local marketing initiatives to promote clinic services within the community.
• Performing minor hearing aid repairs (full training provided).
• Providing administrative support and maintaining accurate customer records.
