Job summary

Bloom Hearing Specialists is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face and voice of our Gawler and Salisbury Clinics. You will engage with customers, audiologists, and the team to ensure professional, efficient, and positive interactions.

You will schedule appointments, guide customers through hearing devices, resolve concerns, and support local marketing while performing basic repairs with training provided. Australian eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role within retail, healthcare, allied health, or a similar environment.
• Strong computer literacy and confidence using CRM systems, appointment scheduling platforms, and other business software.
• Excellent attention to detail and solid administrative skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Collaborative, positive attitude with the ability to work independently when required.
• Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, providing tailored information about services and products.
• Schedule appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with audiologists.
• Guide customers through our range of hearing devices and accessories.
• Resolve customer concerns and deliver outstanding service experiences.
• Support local marketing initiatives to promote clinic services within the community.
• Perform minor hearing aid repairs (full training provided).
• Provide administrative support and maintain accurate customer records.
