Bloom Hearing Specialists Rockhampton Clinic is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face and voice of the clinic. You will work with customers, audiologists, and the team to ensure professional, efficient interactions and outstanding service.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service, proficiency with CRM systems, and strong communication. Training for minor repairs is provided; join a patient-centric healthcare team in a supportive community clinic.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer service role (retail/healthcare).
• Strong computer literacy and CRM usage.
• Excellent attention to detail and administrative skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions; provide tailored information.
• Schedule appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with our audiologists.
• Guide customers through hearing devices and accessories.
• Resolve customer concerns and deliver outstanding service experiences.
• Support local marketing initiatives to promote clinic services.
• Perform minor hearing aid repairs (full training provided).
• Provide administrative support and maintain accurate customer records.
