Job summary

Bloom Hearing Specialists Kadina Clinic is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator for casual, on-site work. You will be the welcoming face and voice of the clinic, engaging with customers, scheduling appointments, and guiding them through our range of hearing devices with support from audiologists.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service, strong computer skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service role within retail, healthcare, allied health, or a similar environment.
• Strong computer literacy and confidence using CRM systems, appointment scheduling platforms, and other business software.
• Excellent attention to detail and solid administrative skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A collaborative, positive attitude with the ability to work independently when required.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, responding to enquiries and providing tailored information about our services and products.
• Scheduling appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with our audiologists.
• Guiding customers through our range of hearing devices and accessories.
• Resolving customer concerns and delivering outstanding service experiences.
• Supporting local marketing initiatives to promote clinic services within the community.
• Performing minor hearing aid repairs (full training provided).
• Providing administrative support and maintaining accurate customer records.
