Job summary

Hearing Australia is seeking a Client Service Specialist to support clients of all backgrounds. You will greet clients, handle enquiries, and support reception while delivering friendly, professional service.

The role includes assisting clinicians, minor hearing aid repairs, and contributing to onboarding with an initial two-week full-time training. This is a permanent part-time role (24 hours per week) with occasional support to Bateman’s Bay and Nowra.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and handle counter and telephone enquiries
• Manage reception, booking appointments, processing claims, data entry, and monthly reports
• Liaise with clients including children and adults from diverse backgrounds
• Perform minor hearing aid repairs, Bluetooth pairing, and device troubleshooting
• Assist clinicians by identifying client needs and demonstrating hearing aid use
