Job summary

Hearing Australia is seeking a Client Service Specialist in Australia. This permanent, full-time onsite role will be based at Tuggeranong, Deakin and Belconnen, offering rostered days off and occasional Saturday work.

You will greet clients, handle counter and phone enquiries, and support clinicians with hearing care services. You will manage reception duties, bookings, claims, data entry and monthly reports, while engaging with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering client-focused service in a front-desk role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and attend to counter and telephone enquiries.
• Cover reception and perform general administration: appointments, claims, data entry, monthly reports.
• Liaise with clients including diverse backgrounds.
• Perform minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting.
• Assist Clinicians in providing clinical services by identifying client needs and demonstrating hearing aids.
