Job summary

Hearing Australia is seeking a Client Service Specialist in Queensland to greet clients, handle enquiries, and support clinicians across diverse client backgrounds. This permanent part-time role includes a two-week full-time training period to onboard and certify you for essential duties.

You’ll perform reception tasks, appointment bookings, claims processing and data entry, while contributing to a compassionate, service‑driven environment focused on improving hearing health nationwide.

Qualifications

• Proactive problem solver with ownership of work
• Intermediate/advanced computer literacy and familiarity with mobile technology (Apple/Android)
• Desire to work in a role that helps clients and families

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and handle counter and telephone enquiries
• Manage reception, appointments, claims, data entry and reports
• Liaise with clients including children and adults from diverse backgrounds
• Perform minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting
• Assist clinicians by identifying client needs and demonstrating use of hearing aids
