Job summary

Hearing Australia in Bega is seeking a Client Service Specialist for a permanent part-time role (24 hours/week, Tue-Wed-Thu). You’ll greet clients, manage reception duties, bookings, claims and data entry, and support clinicians with hearing care services.

You’ll interact with children and adults from diverse backgrounds, assist with minor hearing aid repairs and device troubleshooting, and contribute to a friendly, client-centred service at our local centre.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and attend to counter and telephone enquiries.
• Cover reception and handle admin tasks: bookings, processing claims, data entry and monthly reports.
• Liaise with clients of all backgrounds, including children and adults, some with complex needs.
• Perform minor hearing aid repairs, Bluetooth pairing and device troubleshooting.
• Assist Clinicians by identifying client needs and demonstrating hearing aid use.
