Job summary

Hearing Australia is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our Bateman’s Bay and Nowra hearing centres. This permanent part-time role (24 hours/week, Tue-Wed-Thu) includes a two-week full-time training period (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm) to complete onboarding.

You’ll greet clients, manage reception, bookings, claims, data entry and monthly reports while supporting clinicians and clients of diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and handle counter and telephone enquiries.
• Cover reception and perform admin duties: bookings, claims, data entry, monthly reports.
• Liaise with clients of all ages and backgrounds, including those with complex needs.
• Perform minor hearing aid repairs, Bluetooth pairing and device troubleshooting.
• Assist clinicians by identifying client needs, offering advice and demonstrating hearing aid use.
