Job summary

Connect Hearing is seeking a Client Care Representative for our Buddina clinic. You will welcome clients, manage their experience, schedule appointments and provide administrative support to clinicians, ensuring smooth clinic operations and accurate billing.

This permanent full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, offering training, ongoing support, and opportunities to grow with the business within the Sonova network.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face client service experience or administration background.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to manage appointments and clinic operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and manage their experience for positive outcomes.
• Schedule and confirm client appointments.
• Provide admin support to clinicians (audiologists/audiometrists).
• Handle day-to-day clinic operations including opening/closing procedures.
