Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Manager, Technical Account Management based in Australia. You will lead a high-performing team of Technical Account Managers in a fast-growing AI-driven SaaS environment, coaching talent and owning delivery across customer engagements.

The role combines technical leadership, customer success, and commercial ownership to drive adoption, retention, and account growth. You will work with Sales, Product, Support, and Partners to scale delivery and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Account Management, Professional Services, Consulting, or related technical delivery function.
• 3+ years leading high-performing customer-facing or delivery teams in a SaaS environment.
• Proven success delivering complex SaaS or technology engagements with measurable adoption/retention/growth.
• Strong understanding of agentic workflows and AI Agent prompting; experience guiding intelligent systems.
• Practical ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs and implement quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the TAM team: hire, coach, career‑development conversations, and build a pipeline of future leaders.
• Own team retention, renewal readiness, and expansion with Sales, account teams, and partners.
• Monitor portfolio health using adoption, engagement, and commercial indicators to identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Manage escalations and recovery plans, aligning customer stakeholders and internal teams.
• Improve delivery quality by establishing playbooks, handoffs, escalation processes, and operating rhythms.
• Advance AI capabilities within the team: workflow design, automation, integrations, AI Agents.
