Job summary

Ideagen via Beakon seeks a Technical Account Manager to act as the trusted technical contact for a portfolio of customers in a hybrid, full-time role based in Sydney. You will collaborate with customers, support teams, product specialists and engineers to resolve challenges and maximize value from the governance, risk and compliance platform.

The role focuses on onboarding, implementation, ongoing adoption and cross-functional coordination to ensure customer success and renewal.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for a portfolio of customers.
• Support implementations, upgrades and platform changes.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Advise on integrations, configuration and platform optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share feedback and drive improvements.
• Monitor customer health and address technical risks proactively.
