The role involves coordinating events, supporting admin tasks, and working with the team to identify improvements. Strong communication and a positive, service-focused attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm demeanour.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional front-line customer service to members and visitors.
• Handle enquiries, bookings, and requests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Ensure coworking spaces are well-maintained and presentable at all times.
• Assist with event coordination and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
• Act as the primary contact for customers and foster strong relationships.
